OUR PRODUCTION GUARANTEE & CONDITIONS

The following form an integral part of and should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Trading.

Blackwell Print is committed to providing you with the fastest possible service, excellence in design, top quality printing and exceptional value for money.

We are so confident with the excellence of our service, that we give Guarantees - not just for Quality but also for on-time Job Completion.

Our Product Schedule details those jobs which can be produced in super-fast time, but our Guarantees do not stop there – we will compensate you for ALL types of work if we do not keep to our promises regarding completion.

These are the Terms and Conditions which apply specifically to our Product Schedule products:

Our commitment: "If the quality of the product is not the best that can be achieved using the supplied, or standing artwork, we will reprint the work to your satisfaction and reduce our quoted ex-VAT prices by 10%. If we do not produce the product to the time schedule we have committed to you in writing, we will reduce the quoted ex-VAT price by 10%"

• All commitments are based on correct, print ready artwork being available by 10am on the day of production.
• We will inform you immediately if there is a problem with either your particular job, or if we are for any reason unable to complete your work on time. If we are unable to contact you by telephone, an email or facsimile message will be considered sufficient notice of a problem.
• Finishing operations such as folding or laminating may also be available on these schedules, but please enquire at the time of ordering.
• All product lead times and guarantees are given on the understanding that our commitment is to ensure that your product is completed and ready for dispatch or collection at the time promised.
• If we have undertaken to arrange delivery the guarantee is subject to either any sub-contracted courier achieving their scheduled performance, or any unforeseen hold-ups which may prevent our own transport from arriving at the delivery point at the scheduled time, however caused.
• All undertakings and guarantees are given on the strict understanding that under no circumstances will either ourselves or our sub-contractors accept claims for any consequential losses which may be incurred through missed deadlines, however caused.
