Web to Print Manager & Customer Liaison
Having gained three A Levels at the Sir John Leman High School in Beccles, Suffolk, Joanne (daughter of MD Keith), took up the offer to turn her temporary job at multi-national New Look into a career in retail. Eagerly taking all training opportunities offered, she quickly moved up from shop floor “Sales Adviser”, to being a Supervisor and then Deputy Manager of one of the Company's large retail stores, in just two years.
Whilst being a very responsible position, the move up to Store Manager did not appeal, with the daily workload presenting very little variation or challenge.
Joanne is now responsible for both the promotion, administration and the Customer Training on our Web to Print system – a facility which we are convinced will prove of great benefit to many of our Customers and which will certainly account for a large part of our business very soon.
